A Decade of Systems Engineering. Evolved for Autonomy.
We've been building operations technology since 2013 — order flows, inventory synchronisation, and the document and data routing that high-volume trade runs on. For several of those years we also ran a ground logistics operation of our own, which meant we were the customer as well as the builder.
To permanently close the structural gap between front-office revenue acquisition and back-office delivery, we expanded our proprietary frameworks three years ago—developing dedicated infrastructure models engineered explicitly to automate and optimize high-volume revenue operations pipelines.
Through 13 combined years of auditing operational leakage, syncing disjointed tools, and engineering API middleware, we realized businesses didn't need more isolated software applications. They needed a secure, intelligent layer that sat peacefully between their team and their current tools—making their existing technology run by itself.
Our Engineering Foundations
Nothing runs unsupervised on day one
Every decision is queued for a person until a pattern has proven itself. Autonomy is earned, never switched on — and you set the bar for what the engine may handle alone.
Your operation keeps running
We don't do rip-and-replace. Engines go in one activity at a time, alongside what you already run, so there's no cutover weekend and no day where the business stops to accommodate us.
Dual-Engine Architecture
True optimization bridges front-office customer interaction with back-office execution, aligning revenue operations data with heavy backend fulfillment logistics.
Institutional Transparency
No opaque AI black boxes, and no abstract technology dependencies. Every data modification and automated tracking loop is explicitly logged for internal review.
Technical Leadership Team

Kay Ong
Business & Operational AI Architect & Founder
Over a decade of core enterprise systems engineering. Architecting the underlying data pipelines, multi-agent logic loops, and proprietary middleware frameworks for OpsReactor.

Joshua Goh
Revenue Operations Strategy Partner
A conversion framework specialist with a proven track record in client acquisition optimization. Overseeing front-office intelligence routing and revenue operations logic that feed natively into our middleware.

Wen Kai Ng
Principal Agentic AI Engineer
Specialized in deterministic multi-agent development and orchestration. Engineering the core autonomous logic blocks, system validation boundaries, and end-to-end integration execution.
Engineered for Institutional Resilience
OpsReactor operates at the intersection of advanced autonomous computing and traditional commercial supply chains. We construct our modular business engines to serve as permanent, high-yielding digital infrastructure assets for regional trading houses, distribution setups, and specialized service networks.
Our deployment methodology prioritizes strict data isolation, deterministic verification protocols, and long-term systemic stability over temporary technology market trends. As background orchestration layers automate individual business activities, they continuously clean and capture transaction payloads, consolidating your fragmented data streams into a centralized Single Source of Truth (SSOT). Technical integration parameters and structural deployment frameworks can be reviewed directly inside our System Blueprints portfolio.
Map Your Route to Autonomy
Initialize an operational leakage diagnostic and we'll architect a secure, non-disruptive path to autonomous infrastructure for your existing stack.
