Agentic Infrastructure for Wholesale & Distribution
We install invisible AI middleware over the software you already run — so the work of moving and deciding between your systems happens on its own, with your team in control of the exceptions.
Your team has quietly become the software between your software
An order lands in an email. Someone reads it, works out what it means, checks stock, and keys it into your ERP. It isn't that they're slow — it's that nothing moves until a person interprets and routes it. Your people aren't doing data entry; they're the wiring between your systems. So your operation runs at human speed, and stalls the moment they're busy or away.
Nothing moves until someone routes it — and it stops the moment they're away.
Your team steps out of the middle — and approves only the exceptions.

How an engine goes live
We connect to what you run
The engine links to your ERP, WMS, or accounting system, and to the inboxes your orders actually land in. Nothing is replaced and no one changes screens.
We teach it your rules
How you handle a short-stock order, which customer gets which price, what needs a manager. The judgment your team carries in their heads becomes something the engine can apply.
Go live, safely
Your team stays in control from day one — they approve every decision at first, then teach the engine your preferences as it learns what it can safely handle on its own. A gentle ramp, not a big-bang switch.
What the engine takes off your team
Same software, same screens, same people — far less keying, checking, and chasing.
Works with your current stack
Nothing gets ripped out. The engine layers over the WMS, inventory tools, and accounting system you already run — and your team keeps the same screens.
From inbox to ERP
An order arrives as a WhatsApp message or a messy PDF invoice. The engine reads it, works out the line items, and writes them into your ERP — nobody re-types anything.
Your team keeps the final say
Anything the engine isn't confident about is queued for a person to approve or correct. You set the bar for what it's allowed to handle on its own.
Everything stays in sync
Stock levels, customer accounts, and order records stop drifting apart. When one system changes, the others follow — without anyone updating a spreadsheet.
Built for peak volume
A busy season used to mean overtime or a temp hire. The engine absorbs the peak on the same team — it doesn't tire and it doesn't take leave.
Every action is logged
Every decision is recorded — what the engine did, why, and what it was looking at. You can trace any order back to the message it arrived in.
Neither off-the-shelf nor a ground-up rebuild
Most operations get stuck choosing between rigid software they outgrow and custom builds they can't justify. We're the third path — your existing systems, connected, with intelligence in the gaps.

Off-the-shelf makes you fit the tool. A dev house rebuilds your world and hands you the bill. We connect what you already run and put the intelligence where the work actually happens.
Built for operators who run on people and spreadsheets
If your business moves product or services at volume — and your systems are held together by your team's know-how more than any polished platform — you're who we build for.
Wholesale & Distribution
Orders, invoices, and stock scattered across WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and your ERP.
Corporate Secretarial & Accounting
Filings, reconciliations, and client paperwork at volume — where the admin practically is the entire business.
Insurance & Financial Advisory
Policy processing, renewals, claims, and KYC — repetitive, deadline-driven, and relentless.
Most are owner-led operators, 10–80 staff (Singapore, for now) — where the people who run the business are also the ones holding the systems together.
Start with one engine. Grow into a system.
It's one approach we call Modular Autonomous Business Engines: every repeatable job in your operation can run as its own autonomous engine. Start with a productized one that solves a known workflow — then expand, activity by activity, into a Custom Engine shaped entirely around your business.
Order-to-Cash Engine
Inbound orders from email, WhatsApp, and SMS become confirmed orders, invoices, and shipments — mostly on their own, with your team approving the calls.
- Fixed setup + monthly
- Earns autonomy over time
- Starts with a Compatibility Review
Outreach Engine
Also chasing new business? That's a different engine — self-improving cold outreach that books meetings with ideal-fit buyers while you run the operation.
- Deploys in days
- Fixed monthly price
- No CRM required
Custom Engine
When your needs run past any product, the same team builds you a bespoke engine — custom middleware wrapped around your exact process. Productized engines are where you start; Custom Engine is where you scale.
Questions, answered
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. Our engines layer over your existing stack as invisible middleware — your WMS, ERP, accounting tools, and inboxes stay exactly as they are. Nothing to rip out, nothing new to buy, and your team keeps the screens they already know. The one thing that changes is how they spend their time: instead of keying and checking every order, they approve the engine's work and teach it your preferences.
Does the AI make decisions without us?
Not at first. Early on, every decision is queued for your approval — you stay in full control while the engine learns your process and builds a track record. As a pattern proves itself — seen often, and consistently accurate — it earns the autonomy to handle that case on its own. There's no reason to keep asking permission for something it has gotten right a hundred times. You set the confidence bar; anything below it, or genuinely new, still comes to you.
What can actually become an engine?
Any activity where a person reads something, interprets it, and moves it between systems — order ingestion from email or WhatsApp into your ERP, invoice reconciliation, inventory sync, and more. One activity becomes one engine; a whole department can become a larger one.
We're not in wholesale or distribution — can you do this for our industry?
Almost certainly. We lead with wholesale and distribution because it's where we've gone deepest, but the bottleneck we remove isn't industry-specific. Any business where people spend their day reading, interpreting, and moving information between systems has it. If your operation runs on inboxes, spreadsheets, and an ERP held together by a few key people, the engine model fits — and we confirm it for your exact processes in the compatibility review.
What about our older or legacy systems?
We can connect to almost anything — including older systems, using OCR and RPA where needed. We're also honest about cost: if a system is genuinely ancient, forcing automation onto it rarely pays off. When that's the case we'll tell you, and propose a modern, AI-ready rebuild instead of a brittle workaround.
Where does it run, and who controls the data?
Your call — your own cloud account, on-premise, or fully managed by us. Your data stays where you want it, and every autonomous action is logged for review.
How is this different from another SaaS tool or hiring a dev house?
SaaS makes you bend your process to fit the tool. A traditional dev house builds an expensive, monolithic system over months and hands you the maintenance. We do neither — we architect a custom engine that connects what you already run and places AI decision-making in the gaps between your systems.
What does it cost, and where do we start?
Custom Engines are scoped to the activity we’re automating, so there’s no one-size price (and depending on how you deploy, there may be hosting or maintenance). Most engagements begin with a compatibility review — and many clients start with one of our fixed-price products, the Order-to-Cash Engine for order handling or the Outreach Engine for outbound sales, before expanding into custom work.
See whether your operation is a fit
Tell us how orders reach you and what your team does with them. We'll map which parts an engine can take over — and tell you honestly if it isn't worth doing.
